Commercial + Resort Interior Architecture + Design

Creating unpredictable and multifunctional spaces for our corporate clients is our specialty. We thrive   on the challenge of designing a unique space with state-of-the-art technology, pushing the envelope, while working closely with our contractors and vendors to ensure we are within budget.

We also specialize in high-end executive office spaces. During her tenure at other firms, DLZ designed the executive offices for HBO, Warner Bros., The CW Network, CBS Studios, G4TV, and Vivendi Universal, Concord Music Group, ACTIII, Norman Lear’s offices. And 10 years after designing the offices of The CW Network, DLZ was asked to return and recently completed the interior remodel of three buildings for the CW Network: WB Ranch Building 2R, Pinnacle II and Studio Plaza.

Residential Interior Architecture + Design

DLZ|interiors  is  a full-service Interior Design firm with projects ranging from residential properties and multi-unit luxury complexes to executive offices, corporate workplaces, and entertainment and media spaces.

We conduct a detailed client interview process to assess our new client's taste and style, then we dive into schematic design drawings and imagery, then continue to the design development phase, including the specification and procurement of furnishings, accessories, and custom millwork. We then move on to the contract documentation phase, bid negotiations, and finally construction administration, ensuring the finished product is exactly what the client expects in terms of design, quality and workmanship. We also design, stage and decorate for our residential clients.

Styling, Decor, Staging + Design Concierge Services

Home and office styling is such a fun process, where we take a blank canvas (i.e. the empy room), and make it a wonderful piece of art! Filling the space with beautiful furnishings and accessories, window treatments, flooring, wallcoverings, art and floral arrangements, wonderful lighting and fixtures, giving our clients the space they love and cherish.

DLZ's background in Production Design and Art Direction, along with her careful attention to detail create beautiful vignettes  throughout each space.

DLZ now offers Design Concierge Services, where we offer curated personal assistance to our high-profile clientele.
